Our service and support departments offer the service that suits you and which you, as a partner, can expect. Departments where you are always welcome with your questions, where you will be helped and where we can lend our brains.
Our safe specialists are available seven days a week for repairs and maintenance. Our extensive service network in the Benelux and Germany means that we are quickly on the scene. If you can’t get your safe open, if you have problems with the lock or another technical issue, then report it to us using our service form.
Our service team also works closely with our R&D department on the development of custom-made products and adaptations of existing solutions.
New trends in the field of security, new production methods or new regulations… At the Nauta Group, we’re on top of them. Whether it’s to do with locks and fittings or safes, our product developers have a wealth of technical expertise. Every day, they work on the further development of products and designing new products. They combine their knowledge and creativity with the expertise of our colleagues and work closely with our clients.
Cylinder and key service
Our key specialists can draw up mechanical and electro-mechanical key plans for home and apartment complexes, offices, hotels, schools and other public buildings. These can vary between a set of matching cylinders that can all be opened with the one key, to a medium-sized or complex key plan of more than 100 doors. We can also copy all types of keys, provide maintenance and repairs to your key-cutting machine and carry out emergency repairs for you the same day.
Marketing and data management
The Nauta Group has a team of marketing and data professionals who are available every day for clients in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. They provide our clients with the right product information for their sales channels and offer personal support in the area of on and offline marketing.
